G07 Language Arts: An Open Letter to Inform the Public on Maxwell Groundskeeperson (February 21, 2026)
Maxwell Groundskeeperson was a despondent student. He used to be phenomenal in his intelligence, but after making a retort that was poorly written, his teachers scolded him, and he became dejected. His depression manifested when he destroyed the lunchroom in eighth grade. And this was all because no one thought of him. Had one person been there for him and saved him, his life would have been profoundly better. Yet no one did, and he grew up to rob the streets of Aberdeen before moving to Rome to evade the justice system.

Rome proved to be glamorous. The prodigious Colosseum amazed many, including Maxwell. Great statues of old stood after thousands of years, never giving tourists and locals languor. Restaurants and bars served authentic Italian dishes and cocktails, giving a bright countenance to all who entered. Additionally, near Rome was the sublime Vatican City, home to the Pope.

Incompetence is when a leader fails to live up to his responsibilities. It becomes manifest when a system is failing and the leader/leaders refuses/refuse to do anything, profoundly worsening the system. For example, at home in Scotland, the justice system was scrambling to find Maxwell. Where lawyers were supposed to write, they frantically writhed instead. Here, the lawyers failed to responsibly handle the situation, allowing Maxwell to escape once more to Egypt on a cruise ship. Had they managed it calmly, they would have been competent, allowing Maxwell to be captured sooner.

P. S. You are all invited to the probe on Maxwell Groundskeeperson’s current location tomorrow. We do not know whether he remains in Egypt.
